Images that capture the present with honesty and imagine possible futures with hope.

About

Thank you for visiting. I am dedicated to crafting images that observe the world as it is with insight and freshness and that imagine the world as it could be with ingenuity and hope.

Vision and Values

  • Aesthetics that serve the purpose of the image
  • Images that enliven both private and public spaces
  • Engagement with individuals and with the concerns of society

Quality art enthralls the senses and the mind. The artist can lead in thought and feeling by presenting images that arrest the audience, and, in that moment of pausing, invite a change in perspective.

I have occupied many ways of being in the world. As an engineer; a mathematician; a musician; a poet; an athlete; a queer; an advocate. I see the world through all of them, and the world challenges me to continue to find new modes of observing and interpreting it. New ways to imagine the world that we will create and how our lives will change. These are my core concerns as an artist.
